It provides visitor information and links to separate hosted services for bookings, donations and membership. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Accuracy and changes
The Trust aims to keep information useful and accurate, but opening arrangements, prices, events, access, stock and services can change. Please check operational details before making a special journey.
Live availability and the provider terms shown at the point of a transaction take precedence over general descriptive copy elsewhere on this website.
External services
Bookings, donations and membership
Beyonk, Beacon and Stripe provide external hosted services. Their checkout, confirmation, cancellation, refund, renewal and privacy terms apply to activity completed on their platforms.
The Merchant’s House website does not collect card details. Contact the Trust promptly about a mistake, but never send complete payment-card details by email or through a general website form.
Rights and acceptable use
Content and conduct
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, design and commissioned images are protected by applicable rights. Personal, non-commercial viewing is permitted. Reproduction, publication or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder.
